Third parties, such as our partners or service providers whose services are promoted or made available through our platform, may request that you provide personal data directly to them. Content within the App, Website or related services may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Kevat.Ai is not intended for use by children or minors below the minimum age permitted under applicable law in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children or minors who are not legally permitted to use the Services under applicable laws. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child or minor who is not permitted to use the Services, we will delete such information from our records or, where deletion is not reasonably feasible, take reasonable steps to de-identify the information. If you believe we have unintentionally collected data from a child or minor in violation of applicable law, please contact us immediately.

Users who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.   • Payment gateways, call SDKs (Agora), analytics (PostHog), hosting services or any other third-party providers engaged by us from time to time in connection with the provision of the Services. All vendors are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Your name, age group, gender, and bio with booked Kevats solely for the purpose of facilitating the scheduled session.
  • Our internal moderation team or safety teams in order to review the content and safety enforcement.
  • Applicable authorities if required under applicable law, subpoena, or government request.
  • Courts, law enforcement, or any other government agency to establish or exercise our legal rights, defend against legal claims, or otherwise comply with law.
  • Relevant parties when we believe disclosure is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activity, suspected illegal activity, fraud or other wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, users, employees, or others; to comply with applicable law; or to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements or policies.

Use of Data for Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Product Improvement

The Company may use Personal Data, including usage data and behavioural information, to develop, train, test, improve, and operate analytics tools, dashboards, artificial intelligence and machine learning models for purposes such as service optimization, insights generation, personalization, security, fraud prevention, and business intelligence.

Such processing shall be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and, where feasible, shall involve aggregation, anonymization, or de-identification of data to minimize privacy risks.

No Personal Data shall be used for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users without obtaining explicit consent where required by applicable law.

BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE COMPANY'S APP OR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, AND BY ACCEPTING THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THE USER EXPRESSLY CONSENTS TO THE COLLECTION, USE, PROCESSING, SHARING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED HEREIN, INCLUDING ANALYTICS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DASHBOARDS, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, AND COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Payment information is processed by PCI compliant services (Razorpay, Stripe) and is not stored on our servers. We ensure adequate protection measures in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

However, to the extent applicable laws of India (including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) are applicable to the processing of personal data or services provided under the Platform, such provisions shall apply to the extent required by such laws. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, U.S. for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding the above, you may also seek remedies or file complaints with regulatory authorities in India, and we acknowledge the jurisdiction of Indian courts to the extent required under applicable Indian law for issues relating to consumer protection and data privacy.
